I need a costume but I want to design it first. And NO clothing designer websites. Just costumes!

Costume Designers is the best place to start. Create and account and then see if its what you need. If not, you may need to head to your local computer store and get fashion designer software that you can tailor to fit your needs. Happy Haunting!
